🧂 Ingredients

1 ea Rack of Lamb
2 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
1 tbsp Garlic
3 tbsp Minced Rosemary and Thyme
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

1 Chop herbs, garlic and mix with dijon and add salt and pepper to taste
2 Coat rack of lamb with mustard herb mixture
3 Start grill and cook indirectly
4 roast until temperature is 125 degrees for medium rare.
