Moo Shu Pork 木須肉

You can use any kind of meat or use tofu to make it vegetarian.

Use Cantonese BBQ duck and you can combine 2 great dishes into 1…the Moo Shu
Beijing Duck!

If you’re not into making your own Mandarin pancakes, you can use store-bought
ones that can be found in the frozen section at Asian supermarkets. Some are
called Peking Duck Wrappers. You can also use spring roll wrappers. The spring
roll wrappers that I know of are all cooked and ready to eat out of the package
but you may want to double-check before consuming.

Tortillas are also a good alternative. I’ve also had it with bread which makes a
tasty sandwich!
