🧂 Ingredients

8 oz Shredded Pellet Smoker Pulled Pork
¼ cup Tomatillo Salsa Verde
2 tnsp Pico de Gallo
2 tbsp Chipotle Aioli
½ ea Diced Avocado
4 ea Corn Tortillas
2 ea Lime Wedges

Instructions

1 Make the pico de gallo.
2 Dice the avocado.
3 Shred the leftover smoked pulled pork.
4 In a saute pan heat the smoked pulled pork and saute to crisp up the meat.
5 Add 2 tbsp of the Tomatillo Salsa Verde to the pork and mix to combine.
6 In a separate pan heat the 4 tortillas.

Heating them makes them pliable to help avoid breaking.

Two per taco also helps them from breaking as easily.
7 On a plate, place two tortillas. Add half of the meat on the tortilla.

Assemble the remaining ingredients as you like. Repeat the process for the
second taco.
8 Serve with lime wedges. Enjoy!
