
Yin Yang Fried Rice 鴛鴦炒飯
You can pretty much use any protein and any vegetable to make this dish. My
recipe uses pretty standard ingredients that you would expect to find at a
restaurant.
Other ingredients that you may want to use are corn, gai lan stem, asparagus,
ham, scallops, broccoli stem and mushrooms.
I used tomato paste in my recipe to get the nice red colour for the sauce. You
may choose to only use ketchup but the colour will be more orange than red.
You can make 2 batches using two 9” casserole plates with this recipe.
