LEFTOVER CRISPY FRIED SANNAS

A really tasty recipe to use the leftover sannas after Christmas and I promise
you will get through a few sannas from your fridge! Crispy, flavoursome and
deliciously festive!!

🧂 Ingredients

8 leftover sannas
3 tbsp. melted ghee or oil plus 1 tbsp. extra to grease the frying pan

Instructions

1 Halve the sannas horizontally using a sharp knife.
2 Brush each half with ghee or oil.
3 Heat a large non-stick frying pan on medium. Lightly grease the pan with
ghee/oil, reserving some for the next batch.
4 Add half the sliced sannas. Fry one side for 3 minutes or until golden and
crispy on the bottom. Add a little of the reserved ghee if the pan starts to
smoke.
5 Flip and fry the other side for 3 minutes or until golden and crispy.
6 Serve immediately with Masala Coffee
