large carrots
(peeled + sliced)
2 tbsp
olive oil
salt
(to taste)
pepper
(to taste)
1 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
onion powder
1/2 tsp
smoked paprika
1/4 cup
plain Greek yogurt
(or dairy free yogurt)
1 drizzle
olive oil
1 drizzle
hot honey
(or regular honey, leave out if vegan)
few shakes
chili powder
few shakes
oregano
1 pinch
salt
pepper
(to taste)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and toss until evenly coated.

Place on parchment paper lined tray.

Bake for 30 min until slightly crispy.

To make dip: mix dip ingredients and set in the fridge until ready to enjoy
carrot fries.
