🧂 Ingredients

1 Sprinkle some salt and pepper inside each fish, then stuff with parsley and a
couple lemon wedges. Drizzle the fish with olive oil.
2 Put your grill on the highest heat setting and lay down a BBQ safe grill mat.
Brush some olive oil on top and sprinkle some salt right on the mat. This will
help the fish to not stick while also flavoring the skin.
3 Lay down the fish on the grill / grill mat and sprinkle some more salt and
pepper on the skin. Let cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until the flesh goes
white. Flip the fish and cook another 4-5 minutes.
4 Remove the fish and plate with your preferred side dishes. Enjoy!
