🧂 Ingredients

1 cup Soy Sauce
⅓ cup White Vinegar
¼ cup Chili Oil
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Scallions

sliced
2 tsp Ginger

minced
2 tsp Garlic

minced

Instructions

1 Mince the Garlic and GInger and slice the Green Onions.
2 In a mixing bowl, combine the Sugar and Vinegar.

Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
3 Add the remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
4 If desired, you can heat the ingredients in a small sauce pan to dissolve the
sugar and bring out the oils in the scallions, garlic and ginger. But this step
is not necessary.
5 Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for later use.
