🧂 Ingredients

1 ea Ciabatta Roll
2 tbsp Chipotle Aioli
4 oz Smoked Turkey
1 slice Pepper Jack Cheese
1 slice Ripe Tomato
¼ cup Caramelized Onions

Instructions

1 Slice the Pellet Smoker Turkey Breast across the grain of the meat.
2 Make the Chipotle Aioli
3 Slice the Tomato
4 Caramelize the sliced onions.
5 Assemble the Sandwich.

Spread the Chipotle Aioli on the Ciabatta Roll top and bottom.

Layer the Smoked Turkey on the bottom of the roll.

Place the Pepper Jack Cheese on top of the Turkey

Then place the Tomato slice.

Top with caramelized onions and the top of the roll.
