I like to mix up a batch of this sauce when we have burgers or sandwiches here at the farmhouse. It’s such a simple way to add a bit of tang to whatever you serve it with. I have made it with all sorts of pickles from bread and butter, dill, spicy, and traditional hamburger dills. If you like the taste of a particular pickle on its own, you’ll more than likely enjoy them in this sauce. I like to combine whatever sort of pickles we have in the refrigerator at the time. I find that the combination of different types of pickles adds a lovely range of flavor with every bite.
