Sweet Potato Pizza Crust (Gluten Free)

sweet potato
(medium-sized)
pizza toppings of choice

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F and line a tray with parchment paper.

Wash the sweet potato and make a few holes with a fork. Bake for 45 min or until
tender. Let cool.

Slice potato in half. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top and use a
glass or bowl to press the potato down into a thin layer.

Remove the parchment paper on top and add pizza toppings.

If using ingredients that need to melt or be warmed (cheese, meat, etc.) place
back in the oven for a few minutes until melted and crust is slightly golden.

Slice and enjoy!
