🧂 Ingredients

2 cups gluten free flower
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup coconut oil + 2 tbsp
1 1/2 flax seed eggs

4 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed mixed with 1/2 cup water whisked together and set for 10 mins)
1 1/4 cup zucchini

grated
1/4 cup chives

chopped

Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 350
2 Mix all dry ingredients together
3 Mix all wet ingredients together
4 Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well
5 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and make 7 patties about the size of
your palm
6 Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Biscuits should be cooked all the way
through
7 Allow to cool before enjoying
