1 Make the House Vinaigrette (recipe here)

3 Grill the inside of Italian Roll.
4 Spread the House Vinaigrette on the bottom of the roll.
5 Spread the Olive Tapenade on the top of the roll.
6 Layer the Italian meats on top of the House Vinaigrette.
7 Top with Tomato slices, Pepperoncinis, Onions, Lettuce
8 Cover the top with the Provolone cheese and the top oc the Italian roll.
