1 scoop
protein powder
(about 1/4 cup)
1 tbsp
cocoa powder
1/4 cup
milk of choice

Mix together protein powder and cocoa powder.

Add the milk and mix again.

Pour into a lightly grease 8oz ramekin or mug.

Microwave for 45sec – 1 min. (If baking in the oven, bake at 350F for 12-15min.)

Let it cool slightly and add a drizzle of peanut butter or any toppings. Enjoy!
