Laksa Shrimp Pasta Using Homemade Paste
If you are a pasta fan like me, you will like that this Laksa Shrimp Pasta is
sort of a fusion kind of pasta that has combined some local Southeast Asian
flavours with the classic way of cooking the al dente pasta. It's made with this
rich laksa paste which I made myself, cooked with the Italian pasta with
shrimps, and garnished with the aromatic laksa leaves. Imagine a combination of
savoury, sweet, citrusy, herby, spicy, with distinctive flavours from the
lemongrass, blue ginger (galangal), kaffir lime leaves, and red hot chillies.
