It's made with this rich laksa paste which I made myself, cooked with the Italian pasta with shrimps, and garnished with the aromatic laksa leaves. Imagine a combination of savoury, sweet, citrusy, herby, spicy, with distinctive flavours from the lemongrass, blue ginger (galangal), kaffir lime leaves, and red hot chillies.
