frozen shrimp

Add the water, salt, and frozen shrimp to the electric pressure cooker and mix
well. Secure the lid and cook on low pressure for 1 minutes. After cooking, let
the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes then quick release. Unlock and
remove the lid.

Drain the shrimp into a colander then immediately place into an ice bath to stop
cooking.
