🧂 Ingredients

1 ½ Cups strawberries
1 can coconut milk

full fat from a can, 1 ¾ Cups
2 Tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

1 Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor.
2 Pour mixture into a freezer safe container (big and shallow is best).
3 Freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring every every 1/2 hour with a fork.
4 Keep in a covered container in freezer.
5 Thaw for 15 minutes before eating.
