🧂 Ingredients

• 1 lb Chicken thighs
• 1 Red pepper

  chopped
• 1 Yellow pepper

  chopped
• 1 bag Potato gnocchi

  frozen
• 1 Onion, sliced
• 1 Lime, halved
• 1 Orange
• 1 packet Lemon pepper fajita seasoning

  OR combine your own lemon pepper AND fajita seasonings
• Sour cream

  for garnish (optional)
• Fresh cilantro

  for garnish (optional)

Instructions

• 1 Preheat oven to 425°F.
• 2 Prep ingredients and coat chicken in seasoning and zest.
• 3 Arrange gnocchi, peppers, and onion on a baking sheet, nestle chicken among
  veggies.
• 4 Squeeze lime juice over, then bake for 35 mins. Ensure chicken has an internal
  temp of 165 degrees F.
• 5 Broil for 2-3 mins for crispness, then garnish and serve.
