Instructions

1 Cut bacon in small strips.
2 Chop onions and celery.
3 In a large deep skillet, over medium high heat, cook the bacon until it is
golden.
4 Remove the bacon and place on a paper towel lined plate.
5 Add the onions and celery to the bacon drippings and cook until they start
becoming translucent. About 3 to 4 minutes.
6 Add garlic and stir for about 30 seconds.
7 Add tomates, bay leaves, pepper, Worcestershire Sauce and hot sauce. Stir and
cover. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
8 After 15 minutes, add shrimp, stir and make sure the shrimp is evenly
distributed in the skillet. Top with the cooked bacon. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
9 After 5 minutes, stir the shrimp and cover for another 5 minutes or until the
shrimp is cooked through.
