🧂 Ingredients

6 to 8 short ribs

(you can substitute with chuck roast and cut to size)
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbs M Spice Co® Cattle Drive
1 tbs M Spice Co® Chain Reaction
Apple juice in a spray bottle

Instructions

1 Cover short ribs with oil and rub in well.
2 In a shallow bowl, combine both Casa M Spice Co® spices.
3 Add oiled short ribs and rub in well.
4 Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight for more flavor penetration.
5 Preheat smoker to 225º degrees.
6 Place short ribs in smoker.
7 Spray with apple juice every hour for 4 hours.
8 Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
9 After 4 hours all you have to do is enjoy!
