🧂 Ingredients

2 lbs Chicken Breast

Boneless, Skinless
1 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
2 tsp Fresh Garlic

about 2-3 cloves minced
1/2 tbsp Cumin
1/2 tbsp Chili Powder

Instructions

1 Spray the inside of a 6 quart slow cooker

cooking spray, or line slow cooker with a protective liner.
2 In a small mixing bowl, combine Italian dressing, garlic, cumin, and chili
powder.
3 Place chicken in the bottom of slow cooker and pour wet mixture on top of the
chicken.
4 Cover slow cooker and cook, on low, for 4 hours until chicken is tender and
easily flakes with a fork.
5 Remove the chicken and place on cutting board. Shred chicken with two
forks. Return chicken to the slow cooker, and cook for an additional hour.
6 Use in burritos, tacos, nachos, quesadillas, soups, and more!
