🧂 Ingredients

cottage cheese

soft boiled eggs
olives
cherry tomatoes
fresh dill
salt & pepper
red pepper flakes
(optional for spice)

Instructions

Add eggs to a pot. Pour enough water on top to fully cover eggs.

Place on high heat on the stovetop. Bring to a boil.

Once boiling, set a timer for 5 min. After 5 min, carefully remove the eggs from
the pot with warm water.

Place the eggs in a separate bowl, run under cold water until eggs are cool
enough to peel.

To make your bowl, starting with the cottage cheese, add the eggs, and other
toppings to a bowl or plate.

Top with seasonings of choice and enjoy!
