🧂 Ingredients

1 Cut up enough potatoes, in your desired shape, to fill up a large mason jar.
2 Combine sourdough discard and water together and add it to the potatoes in the
mason jar. Cover and let the potatoes ferment for 12-24hrs.
3 Rinse and drain the potatoes and pat them dry. Toss the potatoes with olive oil,
salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs.
4 Preheat your air fryer to 400°F and cook the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes,
shaking the basket/turning the potatoes halfway through, until golden and
crispy.
5 Serve and enjoy hot.
