This white radish and pork fritters recipe is very versatile and can be modified
in many ways.
• Remove the pork and make it vegetarian
• You can add shitake mushroom, dried shrimp and Chinese sausage to make it
similar to fried lo bak pudding 蘿蔔糕 (lúo bó gāo)
• Instead of deep-frying, you can also pan-fry them
• Swap out the pork and add fish paste
• Use Chinese chives instead of green onions
