
Cinnamon Coffee Cake Baked Oatmeal
This baked oatmeal is delicious served warm, cold or room temperature. I like it
as is with a cup of coffee but it is also delicious topped with vanilla cashew
milk yogurt, Greek yogurt or warm sauteed fruit. Keep in mnd that this is baked
oatmeal not cake so the texture is more similar to bread pudding.
