🧂 Ingredients

1 ea 3 oz package of Prosciutto

Instructions

1 Cut the prosciutto into ¼" – ½" strips
2 Cook the Prosciutto over medium to medium low heat to render the fat.
3 The Prosciutto will begin to become cooked, but pay attention to keep it from
burning.
4 Once the Prosciutto looks to be crisping remove from the pan to drain on a paper
towel.
5 Let the Prosciutto cook before placing in an airtight container.

Do not refrigerate as the prosciutto will lose its crispiness.
