Apricots
Fresh or canned
70 grams
Brown sugar
150 grams
Flour
1 pince
Salt

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Wash and halve the fresh apricots, then remove the pits. Or if you have canned
apricots, separate them from the liquid and place them in a pre-buttered baking
dish or cast iron skillet.

Combine the flour, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, and salt in a separate
bowl. Mix well with your hands until crumbly.

Add the crumbles on top of the apricots and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden
brown.

Let it cool down, and serve with some vanilla gelato. Buon appetito!
