1 Preheat the broiler in the oven.
2 In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and
pepper. Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets, coating both sides.
3 Place the salmon fillets on a broiler pan or baking sheet lined with aluminum
foil.
4 Broil the salmon for about 8-10 minutes, until the flesh is cooked through and
flakes easily with a fork.
5 Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before
