🧂 Ingredients

2-3 lb pork loin roast
1 onion

diced
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4-1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder

optional, depends how spicy you like it
1 tsp salt

or to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup tomatillo salsa verde
lime

optional
cilantro

optional

Instructions

1 Place the pork loin roast in a slow cooker.

Season with salt, chili powders and garlic powder.
2 Top with diced onion and tomatillo salsa verde.
3 Set slow cooker to low, replace lid. Let cook for 6-8 hours.
4 Shred the pork with two forks, serve with rice and beans or in tacos, burritos,
quesadillas, enchiladas, burrito bowls or taco salad.

Garnish with limes and cilantro.
