🧂 Ingredients

1 Preheat oven to 425°F.
2 Wrap each 4 ounce steak in 2 slices turkey bacon.
3 Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a fry pan over high heat. Sear steak on each side until
browned - about 2 minutes per side.
4 Meanwhile, toss together 1 tbsp olive oil, dried mango, green beans, mushrooms,
bell pepper, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper (about 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp of
pepper is recommended). Spread on a sheet pan in a single layer.
5 When the steak is done searing, lay them over the dried fruit and vegetable mix.
Season the steak with a bit more salt and pepper.
6 Cook in the oven until desired doneness for the steak - about 8 minutes for
medium-rare.
