Chinese Lobster Tail Recipe

Chinese lobster tail is made by chopping the lobster into pieces and deep-frying
them in hot oil. It is again stir-fried with aromatics.

🧂 Ingredients

1 After cleaning the lobster properly, cut it across the length in half and then
into quarters. Chop up the quarters to make 2-inch cubes of lobster.
2 Take cornstarch on a plate or baking dish. Roll the lobster pieces on the
cornstarch. Shake the excess cornstarch off and then put the lobster pieces in
hot oil. Deep-fry the lobster pieces for 2-3 minutes.
3 Put 2 tbsp of oil in a hot wok. Add sliced ginger and minced garlic to the oil.
Cut the white part of the scallions into sections and add them to the wok as
well. Stir-fry the aromatics until they are fragrant.
4 Add the deep-fried lobster pieces to the wok and toss them a bit. Pour 2 tbsp of
light soy sauce and 1-2 tbsp of oyster sauce over the lobster and sprinkle 1
tbsp of sugar. Keep frying the lobsters for 5 minutes. Finally, serve with
chopped green parts of the scallions.
