Instructions

1 In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, harissa paste, cumin, smoked paprika,
cinnamon, garlic-infused oil, parsley, and egg. Season with salt and pepper.
2 Mix the ingredients gently but thoroughly until well combined.
3 Form the lamb mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
4 Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
5 Cook the lamb patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and
cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F / 71°C).
6 While the patties cook, lightly toast the burger buns in a separate pan or on
the grill (if using).
7 Assemble the burgers: Place lettuce leaves on the bottom bun, add the lamb
patty, top with cucumber slices, and a dollop of Greek yogurt (if using).
8 Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
