🧂 Ingredients

2 lbs Beef Short Ribs or LA Galbi or Flaken Cut
1 Bottle Korean BBQ sauce for Kalbi
2 tb Oyster Sauce
2 tb Soy Sauce
1 tb Sesame Seed Oil
8 cloves Garlic Chopped
2 Scallions ( Green Onions)

Instructions

1 Place all ingredients for marinade into a container with the Beef Ribs. Mix well
and marinate at least 4 hours.
2 Grill on medium high heat until desired doneness.

My preference is medium well which will take 3-4 minutes on each side.
