Instructions

1 Mix the veggies in a bowl and add the marinade

Let sit in the fridge for at least 10 minutes before serving
2 Mix the meat with the egg, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs and form into meatballs
3 In a pan heat some oil and cook the meatballs in batches until browned from all
sides for about 4 minutes
4 Once the last batch is done add in the rest of the meatballs and the soy sauce
and honey, cook for 30 seconds
5 Make a slurry from water and cornstarch
6 Add the slurry to the sauce and cook on medium for 7 minutes until the sauce has
thickened and covered the meatballs
7 Serve everything over a bowl of rice and enjoy
