“Almost” Peking Duck is a dish that I came up with to satisfy my craving for the
“real” Peking Duck.
If you can’t find Peking Duck wrappers, you can use steamed buns, deep-fried
shrimp chips, toast, or even just lettuce.

• roasted garlic
• pickled ginger
• sliced Asian pear
Save the bones to make a tasty congee or tofu soup.
