🧂 Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter
6 eggs, beaten beaten
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups finely diced ham
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 deep dish pie crust

Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2 Whisk together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, and set aside
3 Spread cheese and ham on the bottom of the crust
4 Pour filling into pie crust
5 set on a baking sheet and place in oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until set.
6 Serve warm or chilled.
