Pulled Pork at 225°F

Pulled Pork is a great tasting and easy meat to make whether you place the pork
on the smoker or in the oven. Simply toss the pork into the cooking device and
wait 90 minutes per pound and you'll be left with some of the best pulled pork.

🧂 Ingredients

1 eight pound pork shoulder
4 tbsp mustard, olive oil, or water
favorite BBQ rub

Instructions

1 Preheat the smoker for at least 10 minutes at 225°F.
2 Remove the pork shoulder from the packaging.
3 Use paper towels to pat the pork shoulder dry.
4 Apply a binder, such as mustard, all over the pork shoulder.
5 Heavily season all sides of the pork shoulder.
6 Place the pork shoulder in the smoker and expect to cook for 90 minutes per
pound.
7 Wait until the internal temperature of the pork shoulder reaches 195 to 205
degrees Fahrenheit.
8 Remove pork shoulder from the smoker, wrap the pork shoulder, and rest for 1
hour.
9 Twist and pull the bone out and shred the meat with forks or bear claws.
