🧂 Ingredients

375 grams Canned Tuna

drained
50 ml Mayonnaise

I recommend homemade, but store bought is also okay
1/2 Red Onion

chopped
1 tsp Black Pepper

freshly cracked
1 tsp Salt

or to taste
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 Baguette

Sliced into diagonals (look at the picture)

Instructions

1 Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix up with two forks. You can also
use a stand mixer on the paddle attachment, or even some egg beaters. Taste for
seasonings and adjust.
2 Slice your baguette into pieces and toast. You can do it on a pan with some
olive oil, or just in a toaster/toaster oven.
3 Add a scoop of tuna salad atop the toasted baguette slice, garnish with chopped
pepper or herbs and serve.
