🧂 Ingredients

1 Boil the water.
2 Place the Bulgur in a bowl, pour the water on top of the Bulgur and cover with
plastic wrap.

Let steep for 1 hour.

The Bulgur will absorb the hot water.
3 Cut the vegetables and herbs as per the ingredient list.
4 After the Bulgur has steeped for 1 hour, add the remaining vegetables and lemon
juice. Mix to combine the lemon juice with the Bulgur.
5 Add the Olive Oil and mix to combine.
6 Adjust seasoning with Kosher Salt and additional Olive Oil as needed.
7 Allow the Tabbouleh to rest in the refrigerator for minimum of a couple of
hours.
8 Serve as a side salad or with Chicken or Beef Shawarma or
