Recipe for Pork Green Curry

At Home, we can eat Pork each and every day, especially my Dad! He just LOVES
Pork! When we think of Pork the First thing that comes to our mind is a Nice Red
Fiery Pork Sorpotel or Vindalho and the next best thing is a Pork Chilly Fry or
Roast and the likes.

But this particular preparation takes me down Memory lane. When I had my Eatery,
we had some real fun and awesome customers who became our friends and Yup! We’re
still in touch with so many of them. So, among all of them there is this one
couple CHERYL & DARRYL. Out of which, Darryl is this super hilarious guy and
whenever he came to the outlet he would make us laugh with his one liners and
crazy fun talks. ‘Baby’ is lovingly what they would call me and still do😊 So,
one day Darryl said “Don’t you make Green Pork Curry??? Make Mennn. I used to
eat when I was small” And Pattt came a loud laugh from me telling him “Why only
Green, How about Yellow???” hahaha! Knowing him, I thought he was kidding and he
kept saying “I am serious Baby, Please make it you will Thank Me” and just to be
sure he wasn’t kidding, he ordered 1kgof Pork Green Curry and said I so badly
want you to try it out plus I’m craving it. And I was so nervous because I
hadn’t made it before and He said “I’m confident you will do a good Job” And I
was glad that I was able to take him down a Nostalgic trip and he could fulfil
his craving of his favourite Pork Green Curry😊

So, that’s how I was introduced to this Super Delicious Deal of Pork in Green
Curry, something I would never have even thought of, leave alone making it!  

I can never stop thinking about my Chrizzo’s Eatery days, all the Beautiful
Memories attached to it and all my Beautiful Regular and Loyal Customers who
have turned into close friends now😊
