Recipe for Pork Green Curry
At Home, we can eat Pork each and every day, especially my Dad! He just LOVES Pork! When we think of Pork the First thing that comes to our mind is a Nice Red Fiery Pork Sorpotel or Vindalho and the next best thing is a Pork Chilly Fry or Roast and the likes. But this particular preparation takes me down Memory lane. When I had my Eatery, we had some real fun and awesome customers who became our friends and Yup! Weâre still in touch with so many of them. So, among all of them there is this one couple CHERYL & DARRYL. Out of which, Darryl is this super hilarious guy and whenever he came to the outlet he would make us laugh with his one liners and crazy fun talks. âBabyâ is lovingly what they would call me and still dođ So, one day Darryl said âDonât you make Green Pork Curry??? Make Mennn. I used to eat when I was smallâ And Pattt came a loud laugh from me telling him âWhy only Green, How about Yellow???â hahaha! Knowing him, I thought he was kidding and he kept saying âI am serious Baby, Please make it you will Thank Meâ and just to be sure he wasnât kidding, he ordered 1kgof Pork Green Curry and said I so badly want you to try it out plus Iâm craving it. And I was so nervous because I hadnât made it before and He said âIâm confident you will do a good Jobâ And I was glad that I was able to take him down a Nostalgic trip and he could fulfil his craving of his favourite Pork Green Curryđ So, thatâs how I was introduced to this Super Delicious Deal of Pork in Green Curry, something I would never have even thought of, leave alone making it! Â I can never stop thinking about my Chrizzoâs Eatery days, all the Beautiful Memories attached to it and all my Beautiful Regular and Loyal Customers who have turned into close friends nowđ So hereâs what I made for Darryl.
