🧂 Ingredients

3 pounds chicken tenderloins
1/2 red onion
1 green pepper
1 can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 packet ranch dressing mix - dry
1/2 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

1 Add olive oil to crock and coat the inside thoroughly.
2 Add chicken to crock pot.
3 Add dry ingredients (salt, pepper, cumin and ranch dressing mix).
4 Slice red onion and green pepper and throw into crock pot.
5 Pour can of diced tomatoes on top.
6 Set slow cooker to low and cook for about six hours, stirring halfway through if
possible.
7 Top chicken stew with cheese and sour cream.
