Some top tips when making your bread:
1. Reduce the amount of Bicarbonate of Soda if you find the taste too bitter.
2. When mixing all the ingredients together you will find it quite a wet mixture
but this is how it should be.
3. Don't over mix the dough, just enough so the ingredients is mixed through.
