Strawberry caprese with burrata

This tasty strawberry caprese salad with burrata is made with fresh

🧂 Ingredients

8 oz strawberries
8 oz burrata
2.5 oz arugula
1/2 cup basil

(lightly packed)
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Instructions

1 Slice the strawberries into slices that are about 1/2 centimeter thick.
2 Slice the basil into long, thin slices.
3 Combine the arugula and basil in a large bowl then add the strawberries and
burrata on top of the greens.
4 Combine the ingredients for the honey balsamic dressing in a small bowl. Mix
well.
5 Drizzle the honey balsamic dressing over the salad and serve.
