3.5 lbs beef short ribs
1 15oz can tomato sauce
3/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon worcestershire
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon chipotle chili powder
1 medium onion

thinly sliced
1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

1 Add all ingredients to a crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
2 Optional: serve with cheesy polenta and roasted potatoes.
