Instructions

1 Remove the lotus seed core and the date pit.
2 Soak all the ingredients in some warm water for 30 minutes.
3 Put all ingredients in a slow cooker, rice cooker or pot, and add water.
4 Leave in the slow cooker and cook for at least 2 hours until it is soft and
thick.
5 Ready to serve! Add more water if it is not to your desired consistency.
