🧂 Ingredients

1 Chicken Breast
3 tbsp Honey
1.25 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Clove Garlic
1 Carrot
90 grams Uncooked Rice
Large Handful Pea Shoots
Sesame Seeds

Instructions

1 Get the Rice cooking, put the rice and ½ tsp salt into a pan with a lid and
cover with boiling water. Bring to a boil and simmer from 15-18 mins according
to the packet instructions.
2 Cut your Chicken into bite sized pieces.
3 Grate the clove of Garlic.

Mix together the Honey, Soy, Sesame Oil & Grated Garlic.

Pour over the chicken and let sit for 5 minutes.
4 During this time you can peel and grate the Carrot.
5 In a frying pan heat a little flavourless oil.

Place the Chicken into the pan and turn occasionally to turn golden.
6 Next pour the remaining Sauce into the pan and allow to reduce by half and
become sticky.
7 Drain the rice and rinse with more boiling water.

Place Rice in bowls with with grated Carrot, Pea Shoots and the Sticky Chicken
scatter the Chicken with Sesame Seeds.
