So I don’t really know where ‘Chilly fry’ gets it’s name from because It’s not only Chillies that goes into a Chilly fry, but so many other elements and Onions being the Most Important one! Nevertheless, This particular recipe was shared with and taught to me by my Dad-in-law(who is now in Heaven)! Whenever he made it, I would want to eat the entire bowl full but then I had to be kind to the rest of the family as well😄 This is a very Easy-Peasy no fail recipe with the simplest of ingredients!
