While My family is a complete Fan of Brain, be it plain fry, Brain Masala, Brain Omelette, Brain Cutlets, et al., my Bitter Better gets so freaked out whenever he sees the Brain kept at the Kitchen table ready to be cooked. He screams āOh God Not the Science class Human Brain again yaā hahahaha He has tried eating it once, he confessed that he is ok to eat it again but itās just that it reminds him of the Science class Human Brain thatās on every text book in school and he completely gets put off by it! So, I never force him to eat it, because for me, itās a complete feast then, because I get to eat it all by myself and I donāt have to share it with him! Yayyyy! š Brain cutlets, Omelettes and Plain rawa Fry is what Mum has been making at home since years. This is a No-Brainer Cutlet recipe that Iād like to share with all of you. For those who get put off by the slimy, soft texture of Brain, Brain cutlet is the best option for you to enjoy this delicacy, since itās going to be crispy of the outside and the inside is more like a mixture of many other ingredients. View RecipeIāve been procrastinating on this one for way too long now.But with the many requests pouring in and the latest request by one of my followers on Instagram KRISLYNN GINA LOBO CORREA, I said chalo bohot ho gaya natak, let's get this together and make it work. Thanks Kris! So if youāre wondering why Iāve been pushing this one is because, here in Dubai, we donāt get those really tiny baby prawns(known as Galmo in Konkani) to make those Authentic yummy Prawn cutlets. When we were little kids, I used to be at my neighbourās house the entire day. That was my second home(more like my actual home) and Cecil Aunty would make these absolutely delicious Galmo cutlets and she would patiently sit and clean those baby prawns⦠Me being the kaam chor would pretend to be doing my Homework and when it was time to eat, All my homework would be completed⦠hahahahaā¦.I still perform such stunts⦠Some things just donāt change š My Mum, being a busy bee, would get medium sized Prawns and chop them fine like mince and then use them to make cutlets. But I finally got to making these for my Precious followers who kept requesting. So hereās my Easy Peasy version of Prawn cutlets. Hope you like them!
